Greetings KXRB listeners and website browsers! The time has come for me to explain a little bit about myself and how I got to be a part of the gang you hear on the radio.
"Back when a hoe was a hoe" as Tim McGraw would sing, I was a farm boy who lived near Wagner, SD and would spend many hours a top a 3010 JD tractor and tune in KXRB. I thought wouldn't it be neat to listen to country music all day and not have to worry about staying within the rows.
So I pursued a career in radio that started at USD in Vermillion then through WNAX AM and FM plus KYNT and KKYA in Yankton. After 12 years of living, getting married and starting a family in Yankton, my wife Liz was called to be a Director of Children's Ministry at Memorial Lutheran Church and I now stay at home with Madeline, Seth and Charlie with an occasional appearance with you. I look forward to having fun with you and playing some great country music, too.
